Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, alongside the Gold Coast, I regularly shoot corporate and celebration events throughout Brisbane and Byron Bay, and I'm available for interstate events too.

    A travel fee may apply for locations outside the Gold Coast. Get in touch for a quote based on your event location.

  • Whether it's a big company gathering or a smaller private celebration, I cover a wide range of events, including corporate functions, work celebrations, birthdays, engagements and other special occasions.

    I also shoot weddings, you can have a look at my portfolio here.

  • I'd recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead where possible, especially during busy periods. That said, reach out even if your event is coming up soon, I'll always try to fit you in if I can.

  • Simply fill out the contact form or email me at contact@mathildebouby.com.

    From there, if I'm available and you decide to go ahead, a $100 deposit is required to secure the date, with the remaining amount due at least a week before the event.

  • Your fully edited gallery will be delivered online within 2 business days. If you need your images sooner, same-day delivery is available for an additional fee.

  • At this stage, I don't shoot event video, but I regularly work alongside amazing videographers who I'd be happy to recommend for your event.
